Job summary

North Shore Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Wausau Manor Health Services, part of a larger post-acute care network across Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota. The RN will provide resident-centered nursing care, assess and implement care plans, and work within a team to deliver clinical excellence.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

Who We’re Looking For

• Active RN license and current CPR certification
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support
