Job summary

Comfort Home Care in Lowell, MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time morning weekday shift. You will provide high-quality in-home nursing, support psychiatric and home health patients, and help them stay independent.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).

• Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own schedule, build long-term relationships with patients, and make clinical decisions that truly matter.
• Assess and adapt care plans based on patient needs and changing conditions.
• Teach and support patients and families, including psychiatric medication guidance or wound care.
• Communicate and coordinate with providers, families, and care teams to ensure timely, appropriate care.
• Document and reflect by submitting notes from home to ensure continuity of care.
