Job summary

California Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Los Angeles is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our clinical team. We provide residents with a best-in-class care experience and welcome both new and experienced nurses to grow with us.

As an RN, you will lead facility nursing staff, conduct assessments, and coordinate rounds with physicians to ensure safe, dignified care. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered California RN license.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple residents preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all facility nursing staff ensuring quality care is provided to all residents.
• Conduct assessments, make rounds, carry out physician’s orders, and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure delivery of excellent care in a safe environment.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Scale:

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
