Job summary

Meadows Ridge Care Center is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) in California to join our clinical team and provide residents with exceptional care. The role emphasizes leadership of nursing staff, coordination of rounds, and adherence to physician orders to sustain a safe and dignified care environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a CA RN license, be fully vaccinated (including boosters), and have experience delivering direct patient care to multiple residents; PCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in California.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple residents preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all other facility nursing staff, ensuring quality care.
• Conduct assessments, rounds, carry out physician orders, and coordinate with health professionals.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Orient and welcome new residents and families
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale:

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
