Job summary

California Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team and provide best-in-class care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. We welcome both new grads and experienced RNs to apply.

Responsibilities include leading nursing staff, performing assessments, rounds, and coordinating physician orders to ensure safe, dignified care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in California.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
• Experience with PCC (Point Click Care) system.

• Provide leadership to all other facility nursing staff ensuring quality care is provided to all residents.
• Conduct assessments, make rounds, carry out physician’s orders, and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure delivery of excellent care in a clean, safe, dignified, happy, and healthy environment.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as requested or necessary.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families; perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Scale:

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
