Glencoe Regional Health (GRH) is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg & TCU team in Glencoe, MN. The role offers flexible shifts with a 0.65 FTE schedule and rotation between day and night hours, supporting patient care on multiple units.
The RN will provide compassionate care, adhere to unit standards, and participate in a trauma training program during orientation. Minnesota licensure, CPR/BLS, and ACLS are required.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a clinical practitioner who coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age and type of patient population served on assigned units. The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the unit’s standard of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the unit and organization; remains flexible to changing systems; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats patients, families, and all members of the healthcare team with respect and consideration.
Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range.
