Intersect HealthCare in Michigan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our compassionate community. The RN will provide individualized care, support residents and families, and work to achieve the highest possible well-being across physical, mental, and psychosocial domains.

The part-time position offers a competitive wage tied to experience, weekend differential of $8, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team with strong resident-to-staff ratios.

Qualifications

• Must have current, unencumbered state RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Positive, can-do attitude to help others.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate residents; administer and document medications and treatments.
• Identify problems and emergencies; initiate life-saving measures when physician is unavailable.
• Deliver direct nursing care and supervise care staff on the unit.
• Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop care plans.

What you do:

As aRegistered Nurse (RN),you are efficient and strive to provide the best possible care to our residents and families. The RN is responsible for providing individualized care that encourages the resident to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychological well being.

• Observe and evaluate each resident on your assigned unit. Administer and document current medications and treatments.

• Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiate immediate “life-saving” measures in the absence of a physician.

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents and provide clinical supervision of the care staff assigned on your unit.

• Perform and document a comprehensive assessment on each assigned resident and develop care plan and more.

What you need:

• Must have current, unencumbered, state registered nurse license

• CPR certification

• A can do/ will do attitude to help others
