Job summary

onehomehealth in Palatine, Illinois is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our home health team. You will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, perform assessments, document progress, and coordinate with the care team.

The role requires compassion, adherence to Medicare guidelines, and the ability to educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, wound care, IV maintenance, and medications. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HHA field staff as indicated
