• 24 hours of call per schedule

• Recover neuro, transplants, ortho, ENT, cardio, vascular, thoracic, trauma, spine patients

• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Engages in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement.
