• Develop individualized, patient-specific care plans and set realistic outcome goals utilizing patient and family input.
• Implement nursing and medical orders appropriate to the patient’s condition and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, and act as a shift supervisor when needed.
• Participate in hourly rounding, ensure safety protocols, and observe safe work practices.
• Evaluate nursing practice quality and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Perform other hospital‑assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills
