Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, monitoring patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least 1 year PACU experience, with strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit.
• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures.
• Perform ongoing assessments of vital signs, airway status, pain levels, and recovery.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other members of the care team.
• Provide patient and family education regarding postoperative care and discharge instructions.
