Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND seeks an RN in the PACU to provide care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. The role involves delegating to licensed staff and aligning with facility mission and Joint Commission standards as applicable.

12-hour or 9-hour day shifts with on-call rotation, 0.9 FTE, and an incentive program offering up to $7500 ADN or $10,000 BSN for hires.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• ICU/ED RN Experience Preferred.
• BCLS certification within 1 month; ACLS within 6 months; PALS within 1 year.

Education Qualifications

This position requires the ability to work the following schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• 9 hour Days shifts, with various shift start times.
• On Call Rotation

RN Hiring Incentive Eligible Position: Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN)

Licensure/Certification Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
• Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 1 year
