Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the PACU to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of the Director. As a full-time position, the role includes a commitment bonus of $15,000 and a shift schedule of either 0700 or 0730 to 1800 with weekend rotations every 4 weeks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required.
• Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in Iowa or Compact State is mandatory.
• Recent RN experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the patient and developing nursing plans.
• Performing assigned procedures as per Iowa State Board of Nursing scope.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse works under the supervision of the Director and is responsible for caring for the patient and the development of nursing plan of care. RN performs assigned procedures that are within the scope of practice as set forth by the Iowa State Board of Nursing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in Iowa or from a Compact State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Recent RN experience

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year Surgical or OR experience
