Ardent Health Services in Jacksonville, TX is seeking a day shift Registered Nurse for the Recovery Room (PACU) on a PRN basis. The RN will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with the perioperative team to support safe, efficient patient recovery.

Candidates should have an ADN, Texas RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and trauma certifications or timelines to obtain them. This role emphasizes high-quality care in a fast-paced PACU setting within our hospital network.

Formación

• ADN required and Texas RN license active.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications preferred or completed within specified timelines.
• TNCC/ATLS/TCAR trauma certifications within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who uses the nursing process to provide and direct patient care for a group of patients for a designated time frame.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Must maintain current Texas RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certified
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certified (within 90 days of hire)
• Trauma Certification Course (TNCC, ATLS, TCAR within 1 year of hire)
