National Park Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for outpatient care on a PRN, day shift basis in Hot Springs, Arkansas. You will join a team focused on compassionate, high-quality patient care across the continuum.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatments, and ensuring safety, with opportunities for professional development within Lifepoint Health system.

Join our team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

How you'll contribute

ARegistered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role:

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performstimely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performstimely and accurate QI assessments
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Whatwe'relooking for

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possessa bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additionalrequirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification isrequired within30 daysof hire.
• ACLS and PALS arerequired within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
