Job summary

Allure of Zion seeks compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide resident-centered care, administer medications and treatments, and monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.

You will support CNAs, document care in the EMR, and assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred (not required).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities
