Allure of Prophetstown is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN night shift to provide resident care and lead nightly nursing activities.

The role offers 3 days per week flexibility, competitive hourly pay of $34-$40, pick-up and referral bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) match, health/vision/dental insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and daily pay options.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing services per scope of practice and facility policies
Monitor residents for acute changes and notify providers

Assist with admissions, orientation, and discharge planning
Ensure physician orders for new admissions are in place
Participate in MDS assessments and care planning
Monitor weight, nutrition, and hydration
Oversee CNAs under Director of Nursing
Maintain accurate nurse notes, flow sheets, and EMR

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional resident care and lead daily nursing activities during the night shift.

About the Role

As a skilled nursing provider, you will provide nursing services in accordance with scope of practice, facility policies, and professional standards. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, monitor resident health, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a PRN night shift position, with flexibility to work 3 days per week, allowing for better work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing services in accordance with scope of practice, facility policies, and professional standards
Monitor residents for acute changes in condition and notify providers as appropriate
Monitor and manage chronic health conditions and identify reportable changes
Assist with admissions, resident orientation, and discharge planning
Ensure physician orders are in place for newly admitted residents
Participate in MDS assessments and contribute to individualized, resident-centered care plans
Monitor resident weight, nutrition, and hydration status
Provide oversight and guidance to CNAs as directed by the Director of Nursing
Maintain accurate documentation in nurse's notes, flow sheets, and EMR

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved RN or LPN program
Current nursing license in good standing
CPR certification required
Long-term care experience preferred
