Job summary

Commonheart is seeking compassionate RN or LPN nurses to join our hospice team in Wisconsin. You will provide skilled nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients and families with education, comfort, and advocacy.

This role includes travel within a one-hour radius and a company car for 0.6 FTE or more, with on-call coverage as part of the schedule. Competitive hourly wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hospice, home health, or long term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

About the Role

What You'll Do

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 0.8 FTE (32 hours a week), or 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week)

On-Call Requirement

• This role includes on call coverage.
• Up to 1 shift per week, Monday - Thursday 4 PM to 8 AM
• Up to every 4th weekend, Friday 4 PM to Monday 8 AM

Location

• Hit the road without the extra costs-this role includes travel within a one-hour radius, and a company car is provided for employees working 0.6 FTE or more.

Compensation

• LPN: $29.19 to $32.76 per hour, based on experience. Candidates with exceptional qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for a higher rate.
• RN: $40.43 to $47.04 per hour, based on experience. Candidates with exceptional qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for a higher rate.
