Job Summary

The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervising nursing assistants, and supporting activities of daily living to ensure residents' health, welfare, and safety.

Essential Duties

• Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs.
• Preparing and administering medication as ordered by the physician.
• Performing routine charting duties according to policies and procedures.
• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required.
