Job summary

Decatur Manor Healthcare is seeking registered nurses or licensed practical nurses for part-time overnight shifts at our 24/7 residential facility in Decatur, IL. Openings include weekend nights and casual/PRN daytime options. We offer competitive hourly pay, shift differentials, and generous sign-on bonuses.

RN rate is $35/hr with no extra shift differentials; LPN rate ranges $32–$34/hr with weekend differentials; PRN is $36/hr. On-demand pay is also available to qualified staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in the State of Illinois.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills, with HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure positive outcomes.
• Supervise CNAs and maintain full shift staffing.

Now Hiring: REGISTERED NURSE (RN) OR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) – Openings:

• PART-TIME ON OVERNIGHTS (includes every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday nights)
• Casual/PRN every other weekend only on days (7a-3p) or 2nd shift (3-11p.)

Decatur Manor is a 24 hour residential facility for the mentally ill and those with co-occurring substance abuse issues.

Our residents are ambulatory and have lower acuity than patients in a nursing home. They do have mental illness and some have a co-diagnosis of substance abuse. This is truly a job with a cause and you'll get great satisfaction of seeing your patients recover and return to the community at large.

Now Offering:

LPNS $32 - 34 per hour depending on years of experience - PLUS $.75 per hour Shift Differential for 2nd and $1.50 per hour on 3rd

RNS $35 per hour - No shift Differentials

PRN Rate for all nurses $36/hr

SIGN-ON BONUS FOR LPN FULL-TIME: up to $7500 paid out at $1.80 per regular hour worked until max of $7500 reached!

SIGN ON BONUS FOR RN FULL-TIME: up to $10,000 paid out at $2.40 per regular hour worked until max of $10k reached!
