Registered Nurse (RN) - Operations Coordinator - Orthopedic & Medsurg Nights

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Operations Coordinator - Orthopedic & Medsurg Nights at RemoteWorker US.

This role involves supervising and providing care at the point of care to patients within a unit. You will evaluate nursing interventions, coordinate, delegate, and supervise the healthcare team, and serve as a resource for patient care assessment, planning, and evaluation. You will also collaborate with unit leadership to identify staff strengths and weaknesses and evaluate staff performance.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Registered nurse diploma (required); associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of relevant RN experience (required) or 2 years as an LPN in an acute care setting.
• Current RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
