AdventHealth Minneola is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts in Florida. The role supports surgical teams, prepares instruments, maintains sterile fields, and participates in counts for patient safety. Eligible clinicians may see salary increases based on the Clinical Ladder Program.

Requirements include RN license, BLS, and an Associate’s degree in Nursing; a BSN is preferred. On-site position with comprehensive benefits from day one and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a specialty area is preferred.
• Prior exposure to surgical services is preferred.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification required.

• Provide emotional support to patients and families, demonstrating compassionate care.
• Demonstrate respect for co-workers and develop positive working relationships.
• Support surgical teams by preparing instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain sterility in the surgical field and anticipate the needs of surgeons and scrub techs.
