Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln Operating Room in Lincolnton, NC is hiring a full-time RN for the OR. The position is 36 hours per week across four 9-hour shifts, with some on-call coverage on weekends and holidays.

You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards. An active RN license and BLS are required; OR experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• At least one year of previous operating‑room experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and clear communication to create a safe patient environment and to promote the best patient experience across the continuum.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full‑time, 36 hours per week
• 4 × 9‑hour shifts, first shift, some on‑call coverage for weekends and holidays
• Pay range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour
