Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in providing nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. The RN assesses patient needs, plans and implements care, and evaluates care effectiveness.

Education includes License/Certification Requirements. Experience required: one year of related nursing experience with knowledge of standard practices and procedures.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Georgia or multi-state license.
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider).
• One year of related nursing experience.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into high-acuity units.
• NRP within 6 months of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within one year of hire in PACU.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

• *NOTE: NRP within 6 months of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• *NOTE: PALS within one year of hire in PACU
• *Note: BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• *NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
