Job summary

Tower Health’s Phoenixville Hospital is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to contribute to the operating room team with an on-call rotation. The role requires you to stay within 30 minutes of Phoenixville and is scheduled for minimum 48 hours over six weeks, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

You will develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with multiple disciplines to support patient outcomes while maintaining required competencies and training per role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and eligible for PA RN licensure.
• Minimum 1 year operating room experience.
• Must maintain required competencies and trainings for role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing plan of patient care.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to implement the medical plan of care.
• Provide on-call coverage per the work schedule and rotation.
