Job summary

MedStar Health’s Washington Hospital Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the OR, with orthopedic OR exposure preferred. You will support operating room nursing duties, patient care, and intraoperative coordination in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires an MD RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year of RN experience; OR/Orthopedic experience is highly valued. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 2 years of Operating Room (OR) RN experience strongly preferred; Orthopedic OR experience a plus.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS preferred.
