Occupational Health Nurse – 40 Hours per week, Onsite at Michelin Clinic

The RN in Occupational Health is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care by:

• Assessing patient status using organizational and leadership skills
• Implementing clinical nursing interventions
• Maintaining a diverse medical skillset
• Developing and executing patient care plans to improve outcomes
• Ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment

Essential Functions

• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, understand charting, and assess patient conditions
• Provide wound care as part of a team
• Evaluate and revise care plans to meet expected outcomes
• Administer medications safely, following policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Current RN licensure in the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Occupational Health Nurse Certification (preferred, not required)

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in adult acute care
• At least 1 year in occupational medicine or emergency medicine
