Job summary

Raleigh General Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Nursery for an in-person, full-time role in Beckley, WV. You will deliver age-appropriate care, perform assessments, and contribute to interdisciplinary plans.

You must hold an active RN license in the state, have an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, and complete BLS within 30 days; ACLS and PALS within six months. Prior area experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
• Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care
• Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record
• Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient

What we're looking for
