Accolade Healthcare in Savoy, IL is seeking an RN Nurse Manager to lead nursing care across the team and supervise staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. You will coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, oversee the nursing process, and provide support to patients, families, and staff.

Wound/treatment experience is a plus and teamwork is essential. Eligible candidates demonstrate strong clinical skills, infection control knowledge, and proficiency in medication

Qualifications

• An RN license is required.
• Wound/treatment experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, bedside manner, and infection control knowledge.
• Proficiency in administering medication and maintaining health promotion standards.
• Excellent teamwork, multitasking, listening, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process and collaborating with the care team.
• Identifying patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their support systems.
• Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Setting patient care goals and educating patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against patient care goals.

Pay Rate: $98,,000-$105,000
