Terraces of Boise - a HumanGood community is hiring full-time Night Shift Registered Nurses for our Skilled Nursing team in Boise, Idaho. Shifts run 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on select weekends.

Nurses provide total resident care and uphold the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. A Day in the Life includes assessments, care plan initiation, supervising care, and coordinating with team members to maintain resident safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Nursing/senior care experience preferred.
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors during daily activities.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiate plan of care and supervise resident care.
• Develop assignments with care partners and ensure accountability for resident care.

The Terraces of Boise, one of several HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a \"Best Nursing Home 2026\" is hiring a Full-time Night Shift Registered Nurses (RNs) for its Skilled Nursing team.

$40-$46/hr. (DOE) + $2.00/hr. Night Shift Differential

Full-time Positions available:

• Saturday/Sunday/Monday- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Thursday/Friday/Saturday- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Current/Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is preferred
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred
