Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the inpatient unit on the night shift (6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.). You will perform admissions, assessments, and EPIC documentation while collaborating with the care team.

The role offers a new increased hourly pay range of $39.38–$53.00, with opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
