Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU. The RN will deliver care across the healthcare continuum, ensuring safety and cost-effectiveness while upholding professional standards.

The ideal candidate has Indiana RN licensure and 1 year of Level III NICU experience, with graduation from an accredited nursing program and relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accredited program or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• 1 year of Level III NICU experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Manage patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve safe and cost-effective outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU.

The Registered Nurse manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. The RN in the NICU will provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU.

Exceptional Skills And Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• 1 year of Level III NICU experience required
