Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is seeking a day shift, full-time Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse in Westwood, NJ. This role focuses on delivering high-quality neonatal care and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The RN must hold an NJ nursing license, complete an NLN/AACN-accredited program, and obtain BLS within 14 days of hire; NICU experience is preferred. NRP/ARC certification is required or preferred.

Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

Responsibilities:

• The RN Staff Nurse functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population in order to achieve desired outcomes.

• This position effectively coordinates patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
