Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care and maintaining nursing standards.
• Completing documentation during resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Coordinating with staff to plan care activities.
• Administering medications accurately and reviewing care plans.
• Supervising CNAs and charting care provided.
• Participating in facility surveys and maintaining resident confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, active RN or LPN license in Oregon.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations.
• Experience with EMR systems and good communication skills.
• English fluency and CPR/BLS certification.
