Essential Functions

1. Performs care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
2. Documents patient care accurately.
3. Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
4. Assists patients with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
5. Collaborates across disciplines for patient transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support.
6. Provides education to patients and families tailored to their needs.
7. Acts as an advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
