Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work: Hospital based Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or the main Operating Room (OR). New Grad registered nurses and/or registered nurses with experience outside of the Operating room are welcome to apply! Cohort slated to start in November 30th, 2026!

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Time management and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn new things, team oriented, adaptable to change, strong desire to succeed, and dedicated to the completion of the cohort training program.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills professional communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• 8-10 months of extensive training with a preceptor to gain all the knowledge you will need to be successful as an OR nurse!
