Role Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. It also involves supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The RN is accountable to support the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited or state-approved nursing school. Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
• Licenses/Certifications: Must be currently licensed or registered to practice as required by law. CPR certification is also required.
