Job summary

Main Line Health's Bryn Mawr Hospital seeks an RN for the Neonatal ICU weekend role. This Per Diem position offers weekend coverage (Sat/Sun) with 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM shifts, in a Level III NICU caring for critically ill neonates. RN Diploma/ASN required; BSN preferred.

PA RN or multi-state license via NLC, BLS, and NRP are required. One year of acute care experience is required; NICU experience strongly preferred. Tuition reimbursement and hospital benefits apply.

Qualifications

• RN with pediatric or neonatal care experience preferred.
• One year of acute care experience required; NICU experience preferred.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via NLC required.
• NRP and BLS certifications required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Participate in patient care rounds and provide family education.
• Assist with procedural and daily NICU care tasks.

Your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for critically ill infants. Our unit is level III.

Position:Registered Nurse RN – Neonatal ICU

Shift: 7:00am- 7:30pm: Three out of Four Weekends per Month, Saturday and Sunday

Experience

One year of acute care experience required. Two years of current neonatal ICU experience required

Education

RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. NRP
