Job summary

Main Line Health's Bryn Mawr Hospital is seeking a Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse to cover weekend shifts in a Level III NICU. You will care for critically ill neonates and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

This role involves three weekends per month (Sat/Sun) with day shifts, opportunities for certification and professional advancement, and a Tuition Reimbursement Program offering up to $6,000 per year depending on status.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS required; NRP certification recommended.
• One year acute care experience required; two years NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Engage in nursing committees and professional development opportunities.

Working Three out of Four Weekends per Month as a Staff Nurse in neonatal ICU will offer you the experience of collaborating with an interdisciplinary team within the 14 bed unit. Your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for critically ill infants. Our unit is level III.

Registered Nurse RN - Neonatal ICU

Shift:

7:00am- 7:30pm: Three out of Four Weekends per Month, Saturday and Sunday

Experience:

One year of acute care experience required. Two years of current neonatal ICU experience required

Education:

RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
