Job summary

Ardent Health Services' Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Night Shift, PRN Mother/Baby Couplet Care Registered Nurse (RN). This role requires compassionate patient care and collaboration with the obstetrics team in a high-acuity, family-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, supervising and evaluating nursing care, aligning with the medical plan of care and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Oklahoma RN license is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, supervise and evaluate the nursing care of patients; correlate the nursing process with the medical plan of care and hospital policies.
• Provide patient-centered care in Mother/Baby Couplet Care and collaborate with obstetrics team.

Job Requirements:

• Must have obtained an Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing
• Must possess a current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

• NRP and PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Desirable characteristics include at least one year of experience as an RN, preferably in the area of application
