• Responsibilities:**
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on the 7 West Medical Surgical Unit in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in status, and intervene appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and clinical observations.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.
