Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Current Connecticut RN License prior to Orientation.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association required prior to Orientation.

Responsabilités

• Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Develop a plan of care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families.
• Provide care to patients with complex medical issues including respiratory failure and sepsis.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams under the supervision of a Nurse Manager.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, enhancing critical thinking and communication skills.
• Participate in the care of the pulmonary hypertension population.
• Engage with a team of Physician Assistants and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.
