Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • BLS and PALS certification strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead medication administration trainings for staff, including initial certification, competency assessments, and refresher sessions.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership, program managers, and staff to ensure coordinated care.
  • Conduct medication administration observations and audits to ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
  • Provide family education to empower caregivers in preventive and responsive care.
  • Maintain documentation of training, competency evaluations, and audit findings.
  • Promote safety with proper medication handling and infection control practices.

Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) strongly preferred.
