Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent's 7Heart unit is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fast-paced cardiology setting. You will coordinate nursing care using evidence-based practices and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.

Qualifications include completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire, with cardiac/cc experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required/expected within 6 months of hire date.
• Cardiac/critical care experience preferred.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Our 30-bed 7Heart unit specializes in patients with acute and chronic disease processes, including, but not limited to, congestive heart failure patients and cardiology patients requiring diagnostic testing and state-of-the-art surgical and non-surgical interventions for atrial fibrillation and other dysrhythmias. 7HT also extends care and treatment to patients suffering from other organ system diseases and supports med/surg overflow patients.

We’re Looking For
