5Main is a 36-bed acute care med/surg trauma unit. We are an exciting and fast paced unit specializing in orthopedic and multiple trauma injuries. Ortho trauma is the ultimate jump start to any nursing career and a strong foundation for any nurse. It provides an unparalleled base knowledge that transfers into that high-energy trauma care.
