Job Summary

The licensed registered nurse is responsible for providing evidence-based clinical care to patients using the nursing process. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes. The nurse delegates tasks appropriately and demonstrates respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in all patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans considering cultural sensitivity and diversity.
• Maintain current skills and utilize evidence-based practices.
• Document care accurately using Epic and other systems.
• Exhibit critical thinking and serve as a patient advocate.
• Supervise and mentor licensed and unlicensed staff.
