Job summary

105 Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a compassionate RN for the Nursing Float Pool. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week with a 7A-7P schedule, including weekend and holiday rotation.

You will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care. The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing program credential, an RN license in the practice state, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
  • RN license issued by the state of practice.
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.

We’re Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse
What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
