Piedmont Medical Network - Fort Mill Hospital in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care during diagnostic imaging procedures and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This role emphasizes professional development and work-life balance.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, BLS CPR, and basic rhythm knowledge. A generous benefits package and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 are offered.

Qualificações

• Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
• Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. If you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you must obtain a Multi-State RN License within 30 days.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
• Basic Rhythms within orientation.

• Performs patient interventions completely and proficiently with age-appropriate competency.
• Provides appropriate treatment in emergency situations as they arise.
• Verifies orders and medication reconciliation during hospitalization; coordinates tests/procedures and consent forms.
• Follows medication and IV therapy policies; monitors first dose medications for adverse reactions.

Job Summary

Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility

Provide, promote and maintain quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures through education, standards of practice, professional growth, and collaboration with other multidisciplinary health care providers.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and documents a written plan of care within specified timeframe
• Performs patient interventions completely and proficiently and demonstrates age specific competency for population of patients served.
• Provides appropriate treatment in emergency situations as they arise.
• Verifies, during hospitalization, orders for accuracy (including reconciliation of medications), appropriate scheduling of tests and/or procedures, pre-op data, and consent forms.
• Follows medication and IV Therapy policies including patient identification, understanding about medications, administering meds and recognizing/reporting interactions 100% of the time. Appropriately monitors first dose medication(s) for adverse reactions.
• Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
• Experience: Each candidate’s previous clinical experience is reviewed to determine acceptable experience.
• Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:
  • A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days.
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire.

Piedmont Medical Network - Fort Mill Hospital opened in 2022 to serve the growing and vibrant community of Fort Mill, SC. This 100-bed facility features advanced technology, all-new equipment, and a compassionate staff. Services include a 24/7 emergency department, an intensive care unit, a medical/surgical unit, and comprehensive women's care including The Nest, a dedicated space for labor and delivery.
