WakeMed Health & Hospitals is seeking a Registered Nurse for 5 West Med-Surg in Cary, NC. Join a Magnet-designated unit focused on patient safety, quality care, and staff well-being. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, participate in rounds and discharge planning, and contribute to a collaborative care environment with strong leadership support.

• Conduct multiple disciplinary rounds for discharge progress.
• Prioritize patient safety and quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do
