45 South, one of MacNeal Hospital's medical-surgical units is a 24-bed unit that routinely cares for patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.

MacNeal Hospital was recognized as a Magnet with Distinction Hospital in 2024. BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.90 - $57.06 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
